Main Street Hospitality runs a portfolio of independent hotels across New England and the Hamptons. Each property has its own brand, its own audience, and its own seasonal rhythm. Their marketing team spans all of them. They needed a digital partner who could keep nine sites running reliably, turn requests around without a lot of back-and-forth, and bring enough technical depth to handle whatever came up, from booking engine migrations to accessibility compliance to a homepage refresh before summer.
We’ve been the agency of record for Main Street Hospitality four years. We own hosting, DevOps, security, and front-end design across the full portfolio. We created branding for a new luxury hotel, Island House Newport, from the ground up. We refreshed a newly renovated Hamptons destination hotel’s online presence to match it’s in-person style. And day-to-day handle seasonal updates, technology integrations, staff training on content management, and anything else that lands in our queue.
